                                          because some may not agree with this concept .

                                           cultures and may use reincarnation as an excuse

Back to normal

                                    How will we feel , when we get back to normal ?




                       After the corona virus is gone , what will it be like to get back to
                      normal life ; back to work , school and back to seeing loved ones .
                      The virus has put us all on hold and has made us stressed beyond
                      belief but will being able to live again make us stressed too ; how
                      will be able to adjust to being able to live our regular lives again .
                      We are dealing with a lot of anxiety , depression and uncertainty
                      because we are hearing nothing but bad on the news and some of
                      us are out of work .   But I believe we can overcome all of this
                      and become stronger ; our survival instincts kick in to help us
                      deal with our lives being turned upside down . Of course some
                      take this to extreme .  It is important to help others who are the
                     most vulnerable and to know the correct information about what
                     is really going on .   Finally , this is all temporary and the virus
                     will be gone soon .  Then we can slowly go back to normal one
                     step at a time ; collectively take a deep breath and go !
