                             of yrs and spans many cultures like Africa and 

                             the Middle East .   It consists of a love and 

                             respect for nature , animals , the elements and 

                            for keeping traditions ; every culture is different 

                           and has it's own practices.  But most witches 

                           do practice healing , make natural medicines 

                           and communicate with the spirit world !!
