Mental Health and The Corona Virus

                                         How to stay healthy during stressful times



This is a very stressful time right now and it is important to know that it
will eventually come to an end .  So how can we stay mentally and physically
healthy right now .  Many of us had routines like work , school , socializing ,
therapy and appointments . Many of us have kids home right now and have to
entertain them and answer questions about the virus .  There are ways
to reduce the stress we are feeling .  Like the following :

                                                Self care
                                                Meditate
                                                Music
                                                Lavender oil
                                                Yoga
                                                Positive affirmations
                                                Helping others any way you can
                                                Get enough sleep
                                                Healthy eating

                                               

Know that it will get better and that as a global  society we can all get through it !!
