With the corona virus on the rise , what is the mental impact of social distancing
and what will be the long term affects of this ? Not being able to see our loved
ones in person , non-essential workers having to stay at home , is very stressful
and we are all full of anxiety and panic . We want face to face comfort and
we want to have that human connection right now . But we cannot and are
faced to find ways to cope . some good and some bad like over eating .
It is important to practice self care , to use social media and to help others
during this most difficult time . To connect globally and to know that some are
suffering more than others right now . Be grateful for what you have and know
that this pandemic will be over soon . We will overcome it !
